Ep16 - Terminator (Stuben)
Tuesday Dec 24, 2013
Tuesday Dec 24, 2013
It was a night like any other. A certain group of fuar friends had congregated to perform a sort of ritual by watching a movie and then talking about it like other people could hear them. All was calm, all was bright, until the unspeakable happened. One of the so-called friends pulled out the chosen film...on a VHS tape! The lightbulbs blew out like candles as Stuben held the retro-Satan-spawn of a movie playback device in his hand. The gang collectively gulped, then decided to press on, knowing that after this night, nothing would ever be the same again.

Ep15 - Sgt. Bilko (Ryan)
Tuesday Dec 17, 2013
Tuesday Dec 17, 2013
Ryan dug back into the recesses of his memory and pulled out this critically panned Steve Martin, 90s comedy - and risks the lives of his fellow FUAR crew members in the process! This leading-man focused, screwball comedy gets run through the vigorous rigor of the bigger movie pickers with no guarantee that it, or the FUAR crew, will make it through to the other side. If they make it to next week, be sure to tune in and join the discussion by writing in to fuarock@gmail.com or tweeting us @FuaRockPodcast.

Ep14 - Casablanca (James)
Wednesday Dec 11, 2013
Wednesday Dec 11, 2013
After the gang's turn at baring their innermost desires last week, their confusion is not helped at all by this week's discussion of Casablanca Bajo and Humphrey Bogart's infini-boner. If you think that's an irreverent way to refer to one of the greatest movies of all time...well, you're actually correct, and we're really very sorry about the whole thing. How will the FUAR team follow up this week's legendary selection? Tune in to find out next week's banner pick, and write in at fuarock@gmail.com, or tweet us @FuaRockPodcast.

Ep13 - Clerks: The Animated Series (Michael)
Tuesday Nov 26, 2013
Tuesday Nov 26, 2013
The FUAR crew doubles down on animation this week, this time with the American animated series based on Clerks and it's subsequent pseudo-sequels. How do the boys think it stacks up? Well let's just say the answer involves lengthy discussions of Space Jam, Blockbuster, and Aimee Teegarden, all culminating in a challenge that will leave the cadre questioning their deepest sexual desires. This is the big one folks.

Ep12 - Princess Mononoke (James)
Wednesday Nov 20, 2013
Wednesday Nov 20, 2013
The Red Horseman called War cometh! The apocalypse is nigh, as we draw the third cycle of From Under a Rock to a close! Other signs of the end times are the gang discussing (surprise) further merchandising of their podcast (From Under a Muffin Top, anyone?), the 23-year-old's equivalent of the Hollywood lifestyle, and (possibly more surprising) the film Princess Mononoke.

Ep9 - Grindhouse (Michael)
Tuesday Oct 15, 2013
Tuesday Oct 15, 2013
There comes a time in every podcasts' life where it is given the opportunity to compromise its beliefs. For Ryan, Michael, Steven, and James, that time has come all too soon. Today, the FUAR gents are forced to review not one, but two films, in the modern flop-turned-cult-classic Grindhouse, comprised of the Rodriguez-directed Planet Terror and the Tarantino portion Deathproof. The discussion broaches such moral gray-areas as James McDoodles' doodles, the human body's fragility, and a challenge that leaves everyone with more questions than answers.

Ep8 - Troll 2 (James)
Tuesday Oct 08, 2013
Tuesday Oct 08, 2013
There once was a boy, whose named happened to be Roy, though he was decidedly not from Nantucket. In a smelly rage, he one day hiked up his kilt and, against the wishes of his great-gran, Meredith, went to see that old wizard about whom everyone seemed very generally uncomfortable. The hut on the lonesome hill was dank with a treasonous perfume, but Roy was made of the patriotic stuff. The wizard started out of bed, his single eye wild to behold the boy. "Why have you come, boy?" the old man asked. Roy responded, "I have brought you the newest episode of the FUAR podcast. It's quite good, as they have attempted to review Troll 2." The old man smiled and beckoned with the half a finger he had left. "Well, what are you waiting for then? Put it on!"
